Kristen Laguerre joined Atlas Venture in 2007 and is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer.  

Prior to joining Atlas Venture, Kristen was Vice President - Finance at SoftBank Capital, where she was responsible for the financial matters, human resources and operations associated with both SoftBank’s venture funds as well as its global activities outside of Japan.  Previously, Kristen spent 7 years at Arthur Andersen LLP, working with companies in the technology and regulated industry sectors. 

Kristen is a Certified Public Accountant. She received her M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Boston University and her B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University. She currently serves on the board of the Private Equity CFO Association and is a member of the CFO Task Force of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA).
